Return Policy

At Aroma District, every fragrance is curated with intention and delivered with care. Due to the nature of luxury fragrances, all sales are considered final with limited exceptions. Return Eligibility: We accept return requests within 7 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact. Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used fragrances, samples, decants, and international orders. Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Contact within 48 hours with photos and order number. We will replace or issue a refund/store credit. Return Shipping: Customer is responsible unless error is ours. Refund Processing: Refunds are issued after inspection and may take several business days depending on your financial institution.
